Nora is an award-winning social entrepreneur that was born in Argentina. She received education in the US, obtaining a Business degree with Honors Scholarship and complemented her education at the IE, Instituto de Empresa in Spain., Nora built her +20 years of working experience in the areas of Management, Marketing and Strategy at leading companies, such as Sodexo, Johnson & Johnson, Multipark and Daiwa., In 2005 after having two kids, she founded Sapos y Princesas in Spain with the firm ideal that the world would be a better place if parents could create unforgettable moments with their kids. Nora combines her passion and values in the company’s mission, which is to help parents bond with their kids, with her support to women entrepreneurs., As an entrepreneur herself, she believes that family-work balance is necessary for social progress. For this reason, she actively participates in various forums and associations that are committed to helping women in business., Nora is a frequent speaker on topics such as Entrepreneur spirit and Family at Universities, Parents and Education Forums, conferences related to children as well as a frequent guest on television programs. She collaborates regularly in the events held by the Family and Work Women’s Foundation, and as a mentor on postgraduate courses., As a result of her engagement in building a better society through Sapos y Princesas, public and private institutions have conferred Nora recognized awards: Premio Infancia 2013 (Children Award), Fundación Alares, Mensajeros de la Paz and Mujeres en Primera Línea, LiderA from Madrid’s Government., With the objective of helping parents bond with their kids, and repeat the success model from Spain, Nora has moved with her family to the US, in order to launch her company: KOMUNS.
