At Google, Joyce is focused on building strategic partnerships and guiding product strategy to make the world shoppable. She is dedicated to helping retailers design and navigate their own journeys to 'AI first' by leveraging proven and emerging technology solutions. Her expertise centers around stitching together Google’s horizontal product offerings -- from search, to advanced analytics and machine learning -- to create personalized shopping experiences both online and in stores. Prior to Google, Joyce spent 7 years in strategy consulting for Fortune 500 tech companies, 6 years managing operations at Procter & Gamble and General Mills, and helped launch 3 retail and consumer-facing startups. She has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. When she’s not working, Joyce is honing her skills as an aspiring aerialist and rock climber.
