Jenny has an extensive background in operations, systems, program and product management, business intelligence, and customer service in consumer and online retail companies. After spending nearly a decade working in consumer retail for multimillion dollar brands, Jenny knows what truly drives exceptional customer experiences, how to leverage technology and innovation to design evolutionary strategies, and what it takes to ignite her team and share her passion for solving complex business problems. During her time at Amazon, Jenny was part of the launch team for the first ever Amazon Prime Day resulting in sales that exceeded Black Friday and Cyber Monday. During her tenure at Nike, she launched SMS/Text as a new support channel for consumers and won an internal Shark Tank competition for investment in artificial intelligence and chat bots. Jenny received her MBA from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and her BA from the University of Washington in Seattle. During her graduate studies, she completed an internship in Bangalore, India where she resided for three months. Jenny has a passion for running and biking crazy long distances and earning back the calories through baking amazing desserts that won her the title among family and friends of «West Coast’s best cake maker.» When she isn’t thinking up new ideas, Jenny can be found traveling the world, participating in activities at her home Church in Portland, and spending time with children in countries like Haiti, Bangladesh, and Sierra Leone.
