Jane is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Harper Wilde, an LA-based e-commerce company that is taking the B.S. out of bra shopping. Jane met her Co-Founder, Jenna, while they were completing their MBAs at Wharton and bonded over their mutual frustration with bra shopping as it exists today. They saw an enormous opportunity for a company and brand that takes away the hassle of buying bras and speaks to the modern, empowered woman. Just over 1 year later, Jane and Jenna launched Harper Wilde. Prior to Harper Wilde and Wharton, Jane worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company out of their Atlanta and San Francisco offices. With a B.A. in Psychology from Emory University, she has always been fascinated by the inner workings of organizations. Following this passion, Jane spent her summer while at Wharton on the operating team at Providence Equity Partners in NYC and ultimately decided the best way to hone her operating skills was to start a company of her own. She does this by leading operations at Harper Wilde, while her co-founder, Jenna, focuses on the user experience side of the business. Originally from Florida, Jane is a big fan of the beach and has thereby found herself very much at home in LA. She also loves ballet and hiking, and recently spent a week trekking through Antarctica.
