Her experience running large, multifaceted organizations coupled with her results-oriented approach to business will power Newlink into new markets, with integrated and innovative solutions., For the past 25 years Cynthia has shaped the face of the U.S. Hispanic and Latin American markets. Before officially joining Newlink in February 2016, Cynthia led Saatchi & Saatchi Latin America and Conill Advertising, Saatchi’s US Hispanic market agency. As a former member of Saatchi & Saatchi’s Global Leadership Team, Cynthia was responsible for 16 agencies in 15 markets throughout Latin America and the U.S. Under her leadership, the network was widely recognized for its top-rated talent and consistently stellar performance at elite international advertising festivals, most notably Cannes, and recognized eight times on Advertising Age’s A-List., In recognition of her many achievements, Cynthia was named among Internationalist Magazine’s 2010 Agency Innovators. She was also recognized among 2009's outstanding marketing executives by Advertising Age and AdLatina for her work throughout the Americas., Cynthia was born in the United States and raised in the Dominican Republic, spending most of her life living and working in Latin America. She now lives with her husband, Lawrence Davis, in Miami and has two daughters that recently graduated from Yale University., Cynthia is an avid runner. She travels everywhere with her running shoes and has finished four half marathons, raising funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
