Rebecca’s background includes online strategy, customer acquisition and retention, on-site conversion and media planning across all digital channels. Rebecca and her team of nine dive into tasks with the goal of producing effective, high-performing campaigns and programs to meet business objectives. Prior to her current position as the Director of Digital Marketing for Paycom, Rebecca served as digital marketing manager e-commerce in retention and acquisition for APMEX. She graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in journalism.
