Katherine Cullen is responsible for retail and consumer insights at the National Retail Federation. In addition to tracking shopper behavior around key spending events, she is responsible for launching new, original research on consumer trends. Before joining NRF, Katherine worked in customer strategy and intelligence at Macy’s where she provided analytical consulting for brands such as Ralph Lauren and The North Face. Katherine also spent 6 years in fraud and operations analysis for the Department of Justice and Department of Education. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
